The company is filled with, organized, hard working, and clever people. At any given time you can count on at least a few people from your the team to help you put out a fire.

Cons

Doxel moves fast and it can be hard to keep up if your not motivated.

Pros

Doxel is defining an entirely new industry: data analytics in the construction space. This is a very hard problem that requires mixing real-world data capture by LIDAR, human labeling, machine learning, and complex financial data science. The company has many brand-name logos as customers that we can't share publicly yet - and more coming. As most startups that are inventing a new space, it's hectic, exciting, and a lot of work paired with a lot of impact. It's not for everybody: if you want a predictable 9-5 job and stay in your comfort zone, you shouldn't come here.

Cons

Doxel's customers are enterprise companies, not consumers. You'll be building a product that you won't be using day-to-day. Some people care a lot about this so if it is important to you find a consumer company.
