      Pros

      They do treat you to food a couple times a week, and the new office in Las Vegas is beautiful

      Cons

      This company will make a lot of empty promises to you. And reality you will wait long periods of time before you’re ever able to move up. The only people who get promoted are picky me and people who are part of the boys club

      I have really enjoyed my time at DraftKings. The support from my leadership team has enabled me to grow as an individual and a manager. It is a fun place to work that encourages relationship-building and collaboration across the company.

      - Amazing talent - Great culture - Work life balance - Interesting work - Get noticed for being a good worker, lots of upward mobility - Straightforward feedback and review process By far the best place I’ve ever worked and I never want to leave. I’ve never worked at a company where I’ve yet to find a coworker with that I don’t enjoy working with

      - Some internal dev processes can be cumbersome, but they are improving - Compensation not always competitive
