Pros

After two years of working at DraftKings, I'm eager for more challenging opportunities and to continue helping the company achieve its goals with great talent. I'm surrounded by a supportive team and have clear and consistent communication with my manager. We are always aligned on individual and team goals, and I know my career is being invested in from leadership. Aside from my work, I love the culture (even from a remote standpoint) and am so grateful for the relationships I've built across the organization!

The Talent Acquisition team prioritizes the candidate experience and providing valuable insights as well as meaningful feedback. This commitment to fostering strong relationships with candidates, regardless of the outcome of their application, is just one example of many as to the customer-focused approach DraftKings takes as an employer.

Future employees should be aware of the fast pace and high-performance standards. This can be invigorating and exciting for many but it may not be suitable for everyone.
