      Pros

      Great coworkers (same level), Great perks, sweet pto policy, generally (and depending on department) a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Impossible deadlines, micromanaged to no end, set impossible standards (unless you work off the clock which is illegal, but that's how people get their work done), 2-face management, pay is weak compared to industry standards

      Pros

      Decent benefits and PTO. Some decent co-workers.

      Cons

      Poor management, inconsistent non-actionable vague feedback is not common. Very inconsistent leveling where DEI is prioritized over merit. DEI hires get to coast while non-DEI hires are picking up the slack. Mangers regularly try to game the 360 review process and metrics are more important than actual business value delivered. Empire building managers. Very bureaucratic processes that do not contribute to increasing quality or value delivered.

      Pros

      Decent benefits. Free snacks not much else. During the off season which is when the football season ends there is literally nothing to do and you will find yourself clicking on the same button to get a ticket for hours.

      Cons

      The management is awful. Extremely unfriendly environment. They won’t even say hello. The customer service leadership are extremely inexperienced and unprofessional
