      Pros

      Collaborative - including a lot of collaboration with other teams within the firm Fun A startup feel with constant growth along with the support of a large, public company Encouraging environment Opportunities to expand your role and transition into other departments I had an amazing manager who took the time to get to know me, my strengths and weaknesses, and was very supportive Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Pay was not great. A little disogranized, but that made it fun at times

The Talent Acquisition team prioritizes the candidate experience and providing valuable insights as well as meaningful feedback. This commitment to fostering strong relationships with candidates, regardless of the outcome of their application, is just one example of many as to the customer-focused approach DraftKings takes as an employer.

      Future employees should be aware of the fast pace and high-performance standards. This can be invigorating and exciting for many but it may not be suitable for everyone.

      As expected, there are growing pains when it comes establishing standards and process improvement at a growing/innovative company.
