      Great company name recognition for future opportunities. You learn alot very quickly and are taught to work in a fast paced environment effectively.

      Cons

      The company grew at a rate that many unqualified, veteran employees are now in positions of power. In many cases this is fine, but in others it can lead to a team feeling without a trusted leader.
