      Poor training. Poor leadership. No real cultural diversity especially amongst leadership. Micromanagement. Poor pay and benefits compared with other like businesses.

      Industry is slimy, production metrics expect you to work non-stop during shift, told to handle situations with customers in ways that make no sense and aren't good.
