Draftkings is high pressure, fast paced, and can be confusing at times. You will have to lean on tools to thrive. DK offers great access to AI and other workplace aids. You have to make a name for yourself and will go through ups and downs.

Cons

For the seriousness and time commitment the salary can feel less than ideal.

Good Pay, Poor Management and Company Values

The salary and RSU benefits are great

The On-Call hours are strenuous, the management is largely unsupportive, and despite the company priding itself on selling sports entertainment the primary internal drive is to push users to lower win-rate bets such as SGPs.
