Some call it fast-paced, but that's just make-up for 'lack of direction' - really, the biggest problem business-wise was shifting priorities and direction. Really could be a symptom of the egos - quite a few people thought very highly of themselves. The company culture really fostered this idea too - I mean if you need a rule that says no a holes - maybe you are the a hole?

Rob is driving this business into the ground. I'm not sure they've hit their number in a few years. They may even be on their 5th or 6th sales leader in the last 2-3 years. I've never experienced a more toxic culture in 17 years of my tech experience. They say they will never sell. It's likely only a matter of time before the board forces him out. Acquisition City!
