The leadership team always enabled and supported me in my role, It's always amazing to work alongside some of the industry's brightest minds. The company is transparent in its strategies and decisions, and over the past few years, it has demonstrated that it is the market leader and will remain so for decades. All decisions made by upper management reflect a well-crafted strategy that rarely changes, making it easy to create execution strategies and decisions.

Cons

I don't think there are many negative things; normally, like any company, there are certain drawbacks, but it's relevant to the respective evaluator; for me, It has been a great journey so far.

Have been working here for over 5 years now and still full of pros: - Leading technology in the market - Lots of space to grow into new roles - Great work-life balance, flexible hours, fully remote - Open and honest culture

Cons

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. Like any fast-paced environment, there can be occasional periods of high pressure, but they’re manageable with the right mindset and support from the team.
