Dragos is a fantastic place to work! It has provided me with incredible opportunities to learn and apply my knowledge in meaningful ways. The team is extremely supportive, and the work culture is both flexible and encouraging. The managers are approachable, open, and genuinely supportive, making the work environment even more positive. Overall, my experience at Dragos has been outstanding, and I feel proud to be part of such an amazing team!

Transparency all across the board internally and with customers and partners alike. I have been in business for over 20 years and worked with all sort of companies and this is the only place where genuine 100% transparency is built into the DNA of the organization.

Cons

If you are not used to work remotely and working a very hyper growth dynamic environment then this place might not be comfortable for you
