Pros

Fast growing company helping to define Industrial Cybersecurity globally. Dedicated and passionate teams who care about what they do and why they do it. Incredible benefits, competitive salaries and a world class team allows us to keep attracting individuals at the top of their fields. Great communication at every level of the organization allows you clearly understand your part and what is expected. Ability to work remote.

Cons

With employees in so many different time zones and frequent travel, scheduling meetings can occasionally be a challenge.

Pros

A very real community vibe. Super transparent and open about what is going on, I never feel like I'm being kept in the dark. The company/CEO have their head and heart in the right place and prioritize people, the OT community, and the mission before all else.

Cons

Fast pace with a lot of spinning plates. There are always new challenges and it can be tough to keep up.

Pros

- Work from anywhere on your schedule. - Great benefits: full health; unlimited vacation; decent pay; 401k matching - Interesting market that is relatively new - 3 different parts of the company loaded with experts in ICS cybersecurity

Cons

- Culture is very passive aggressive; very little direct resolution of issues - Some people work hard while a large portion of the company freeloads; managers and C-suite aren’t willing to make the hard decisions and fire the toxic employees - Overly involved C-Suite that won’t enable the company to do the things they’re hired to do and are more experienced at doing (improving but slowly with new set of VPs) - Lots of silos of information and no effort to bring the teams together to work collaboratively - Pointing fingers and not accepting responsibility is endemic - Playing favorites seems to be very common, especially by the C-Suite

As companies grow we all experience some level of growing pains. Hopefully with some of the new VP's settled in and an environment always open for feedback, hopefully these concerns have since subsided.
