Pros

I've been working at Dragos for almost 9 months, and I've had a wonderful time. Management responds quickly and adapts to the evolving challenges, the sense of community is very real, and the opportunities for advancement are baked in seamlessly. A very exciting time to be a part of a growing company. Compensation and benefits are also FANTASTIC for a start-up, and the executives are transparent with their "team-first" mentality.

Cons

I would say the growing pains of a small business, going from 40 employees to over 100 comes with hiccups, but this is a big part of working at a start-up. The next two years will be a challenge, but an extremely rewarding one. Sometimes long hours are required to make sure things get done, but again, this comes with the type of company.
