Pay is good unlimited PTO

Cons

If you want to work at a company where you'll have no voice, be tossed from team to team, and just be a doer, than this is the company for you. Leadership has a 'my way or the highway' attitude and has no issue laying off folks that challenge or have ideas outside of that. They're determined to be a '100 year' company but put their own egos above the success of the buisness. Additionally, leadership has no problem spending a lot of money on fancy internal company events and sponsorship, but couldn't introduce annual pay increases until just last year. Big egos, frequent personnel turnover, and minimal growth opportunities create a very difficult environment - do not work there

Pros

- Company mission is very focused and on-target for success. Don't see the company as a short term play. - Technical community is very focused, knowledgeable and qualified in executing the technical aspects of what has been asked of them. I would definitely categorize the company a very technical in focus. - In general, employees are treated very well and valued.

Cons

- There is a high level of turnover at the senior management level. In the 1.5 years that I was with them, there were 3 different CRO/VP of Sales, 2 CFOs, 2 HR Heads and many more positions that changed. Shows the immaturity of the CEO in running the organization if they can't hire and retain the right people. - While they are trying to maintain customer satisfaction, they struggle with how to accomplish this. They just now appear to be listening to the customer, but are slow to turn this feedback into actionable plans. - Given the highly technical focus of the company, the product is very hard to use which is why there is heavy reliance on selling services to actually run and use the Platform. Some strides have been made in the last 6 months with regard to product usability, but there needs to be more customer input to this process.

Pros

Dragos is a fantastic place to work. The culture is fantastic. Everyone is smart and eager to help to move the company forward. I love how we're actively doing what we can to remove red tape and get deals closed. Our CEO is fantastic, such a genuine real person that works really hard and does everything he can to recognize others and energize our teams. I was promoted 6 months ago because I do my job well and was recognized for that. That is not common place at other companies - you usually just get more work! They are very fair and thoughtful about taking care of employees.

I have no cons! I love Dragos.
