I've bee employed at Dragos for ~5 years and have loved my time here. I enjoy being remote and having unlimited PTO (yes, we take plenty of time off and our managers trust us to get our work done and find a balance). It's truly a mission-centered culture and we live our values. Our leaders are transparent which is extremely rare and employees are considered stakeholders and are regulary informed on what's happening and where we're going.

Cons

It's very much a startup culture so that can be difficult due to consistent change and shifting priorities. This isn't a unique problem to Dragos but it's something to consider

Pros

Dragos has helped me grow immensely in my career. It is challenging work and there is a lot to do, so coming from corporate the pace is a lot faster but worth while. They are willingly investing in their talent and building a company that will continue to have huge impact and protect lives.

Cons

Dragos can be challenging. There is A LOT of work and we are on a very serious mission that has real world implications. You have to love your work and be passionate about it to be successful here.
