      Good pay. Decent WLB although varies a lot. Great coworkers, everyone I've interacted with has been awesome.

      Weirdly bad processes. Messy. A lot of change and transition likely contributes.

      History of good work. They have one huge contract for half the company that keeps money flowing.

      Cons

      Insane cyber policy. New anti-employee policies. Poor personnel management. Not enough work. Layoff prone.

      Pros

      One-of-a-kind systems to work on. A "good" project can be technically fulfilling. Get your early-career cred here, then move on to a better company that will appreciate you.

      Cons

      If you're not management or task-leadership by 35, GTFO. There's a definite "Eloi vs Morlocks" culture here. Best employer in the world for that favored 20%. The other 80% will languish. Wait too long and you'll be unemployable anywhere else.
