The environment was extremely welcoming and everyone was very friendly. People were always willing to help and answer any questions that I had.

Cons

There could be more interactive team-building initiatives. This could help people get to know one another better and could get the employees to be excited about working there.

Good coworkers, good management, excellent facilities. Ample places to walk to on a nice day for lunch. Convenient parking.

Cons

I don't have many bad things to say about Draper. The only downside is all the construction and renovating going on
