Pros

Flexible work schedule, great retirement benefits, took very good care of employees who got sick or experienced an illness in the family.

Cons

New CEO has been making drastic changes to work environment that is destroying the Draper culture that has been being built for decades. He is taking away the feeling of job security. Ratings below are for before new CEO.

Pros

Flexible Schedule and interesting work. It is right in the heart of Cambridge if you are into the city scene. There are also some very smart people who work here so it is a great place to learn for new and young employees.

Cons

The organization has a Silo structured organization. Good luck promoting through the ranks if you didn't graduate from one of the Elite universities, in particular, MIT.
