Bright, engaged employees. Cool technology. Projects with major impact on the world. Nice location in Kendall Square. Bright future with tons on work and facility improvements.

Cons

Temporarily tight quarters as facility undergoes renovation.

Pros

Lots of opportunity, and the people are very accessible

Cons

It's very difficult to get in and out of Cambridge, if you're an engineer by trade, you may find that you need to be a salesman as well.
