      Pros

      Instills a great work ethic. You wake up in the morning and really want to do meet some challenges head on.

      Cons

      Sometimes tasks are slow to evolve. Need to look for busy work during the slow times. Traffic can be heavy in Cambridge.

      Work on the cutting edge of aerospace technology. Challening projects and opportunities for innovation. Flexible work hours, friendly culture. Excellent retirement benefits. Work with some of the most brilliant people in the industry.

      Cons

      Mentoring could be better, kind of a sink or swim environment. Not many options for advancement. High employee contribution to health care premium. Non profit ,so not many options for bonuses. Raises are low, unless you develop something like warp drive.
