Pros

Benefits are bar none - 50% from day 1 and additional 10% every year, insane tuition reimbursement, commuter reimbursement, additional time off if you work over 40 hrs in a week Also - cool work with some of the smartest people around, and in a changing organization

Cons

Good luck on being heard (your group or yourself), or being promoted. Turnover is rampant but always brushed under the rug

Pros

Benefits, compensation, company outlook, career opportunities

Cons

Old fashioned culture, politically incorrect executives, executives setting the company backwards instead of forward, HR needs real leadership to take care of the decisions that the executives are making and not understanding the impact.
