      Pros

      The benefit package is good. You are with a company that is one of the few that still has a company retirement plan plus a 403 B plan for hourly employees.

      Cons

      The new CEO has changed pay cycle to bi weekly saying it saves costs. There are several big companies that still pay weekly.

      The environment was extremely welcoming and everyone was very friendly. People were always willing to help and answer any questions that I had.

      Cons

      There could be more interactive team-building initiatives. This could help people get to know one another better and could get the employees to be excited about working there.
