      Pros

      Really have enjoyed my time so far with Draper. Everyone is friendly and willing to help for the most part and there’s a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. They really want you to walk before you run. They really encourage work life balance.

      Cons

      Processes and procedures are constantly changing. It’s difficult to receive clear guidance from the top down.
