Pros

This place is filled with brilliant engineers who want to make groundbreaking technology. If you can land a good project with a good sponsor, you will be able to work on amazing projects. Great work life balance and great benefits. They will even pay for you to take classes at MIT!

Cons

However, they are still beholden to the rules for government contractors at the end of the day, and that can be frustrating. Also, senior positions often seem to be filled based on seniority, which isn't always great. It varies highly depending on what department you are in.
