      Pros

      Great place to really challenge yourself if you're motivated to do so. Great work/life balance, schedule flexibility, and overall benefits.

      Cons

      Defense industry work makes up a lot of their funding. So that might be a pro or a con depending on your viewpoint. Things move a bit slow at times. Infrastructure is slow to advance and improve which can make working on cutting edge solutions difficult.

      Cutting edge work, really cool technology. Some really smart people here

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to manage or develop a relationship with lower technical staff. Decisions are not discussed and just passed down out of closed door meetings through word of mouth.
