      Pros

      I really enjoyed that most people I worked around were nice. Exciting work always happening, and great access for networking. The location is great and is central to all the academic areas.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't the greatest compared to industry standard for my career field - security/DoD. But other than that, there are really not any negatives that come to mind.

      Great 403B plan, near state-of-the art development opportunities

      Cons

      Sudden management changes without communication to staff, "club" mentality at director and division leader levels limit career growth. Sudden career-ending moves to consistent performers based on business environment.
