Business Outlook
Pros
Intelligent coworkers. Many different technologies and projects. Facilities depend a lot on project worked on.
Cons
As a non-profit, Draper pays below the industry norm for various departments, and as a result has to make do with the "B" and sometimes the "C" team. Purchasing and upper management are affected by this. Draper has almost no safety department. This is a huge issue. If there was ever a major accident, the city of Cambridge would shut down the part of Draper involved.
