Intelligent, considerate, and very hard working staff. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and apply them to various projects.

Cons

A lot of the time projects turnover quickly. Upper Management has had misguided focus which resulted in top talent leaving the company.

Cons

• Slow promotions / stuck once in SMTS • Small annual increases vs. Competitor • Can get pigeonholed in an area of expertise • Did not recognize or handle inflation, lost many great engineers to competitors
