Pros

-Great benefits with parties, wrap parties, food for lunch and breakfast -Great co workers with a passion to create amazing products - Strong Union presents

Cons

-New media was under bid when its pulling over 60% of the revanue for the company. This means we are what is allowing DreamWorks to continue to work but we are payed less and asked to do more. -Union needs to negotiate equal salaries for both Feature and TV there is no reason for them to be less if you work in TV. -Moving around is not encouraged so there is a low ceiling of growth at this job

Pros

* Great coworkers * Interesting problems to solve.

Cons

* Dying industry in the US. Most of the US animation industry has been off-shored as the animation market has saturated and DVD sales and box office receipts have plummeted over the past 10 years. * Lots of awful politics in middle and upper management which made moving from an engineering role to a management position undesirable.
