Solid place to work

Pros

At its best, DWA is a vision that we all try to uphold - entertaining families worldwide. We all work hard to make that happen, and it's work that people are proud of. It is small enough that it can have a family or team like atmosphere.

Cons

The economic stability of the company has always fluctuated quite a bit which leads to more "surge and purge" (hire up then lay off) than I think anyone would like. Impossible to know how the recent acquisition by Comcast/NBCU might offset or exacerbate that instability.

Pros

Good salaries and bonus' if projects do well.

Cons

A bubble. They make life so cozy you forget there's a real industry out there. Projects not very creative and can be boring to work on.
