Pros

The work environment here is pretty great. Lots of free food and delightful campus. The films are also quite ambitious so there are always fun problems to solve.

Cons

The technology is way behind the industry standards so we often can't match the vision from art and the director. Also everything is in house software so the skill set you learn here is not applicable to any other studio.

Pros

The projects are generally fun, and most of the senior staff are very supportive and professional. Time frames on projects are managed well, and the 'crunch' is minimal if it's there at all. Only studio I have worked out, where all the production staff are not burnt out and bitter. There is a huge variety of creative people here, and it's a very supportive community.

Cons

Seem to move into production before story is finished, resulting in shuffling around. Lots of production staff who have been there for a long time, are set in their ways. If by chance they do adopt new technology, they do it using their outdated ideas.
