Pros

Good pay, good work environment, lots of parties

Cons

feels like a bigger and bigger company as it has aged, losing the smaller feel and perks of big bonuses from the box office. Started becoming too corporate.

Pros

Corporate culture; cool projects; a definitive leader with a vision; keeps work in California and some in India…. (for now); diversifying its business model to not be so reliant on one product or medium.

Cons

Slow growth opportunities; don't spend enough effort locking story and too much time focus screening and changing work at last minute; very top heavy, administratively; antiquated proprietary software.
