Pros

Great company to work. Relaxed environment, free breakfasts and lunches, game room, movie screenings. Top management is very carying and charitable.

Cons

Middle management is above of their competence level. They know how to run a small start-up, but not a company of that size. If you have your opinion that is different to theirs, you'd be gone in no time.

Pros

Nice campus atmosphere, free lunch, laid back vibe, good amount of companywide events on campus, majority of employees are easy going

Cons

People can defer too much to management/studio executives, advancement can be too reliant on politics, can be easy to get lost in the shuffle.
