Pros

I enjoyed my time as an Assistant Editor (Animatics) while at DreamWorks Animation TV. I was there a few months before the pandemic hit so it was great to take advantage of the complimentary food and events they had on campus. The editing work was fun but challenging, The editors I worked under were really good people and helped get me up to speed on the show. I was always compensated for any overtime needed. During the pandemic they pivoted well in terms of adjusting the show schedule, getting extra help as needed, and making sure employees still had a bit of a balance with all the pandemic craziness that was happening. There was a definite sense of understanding that helped the how move along at a good pace. I enjoyed my time there but it was around the time they were starting to not have as many projects or were outsourcing more. So when the time came to roll off my current show there wasn't anything to pivot to. I enjoyed my time there and am sad to see the company changing.

Cons
