Pros

My coworkers and direct supervisors are the kindest, most talented people in the industry. Unfortunately, this corporation does not treat us as human beings.

Cons

Margie Cohn, Randy Lake, and Erika Burton are sociopaths who care more about their investors than their employees. During a year of record profits, they laid off 60% of staff with long term plans to shut down the studio entirely and outsource production. This is not because they need to. It's because they are greedy and ungrateful for the people who made Dreamworks what it is.
