Pros

Best part is you can be creative at work, give your suggestions and ideas. And they have good benefits and casual work environment

Cons

They have a small technical group. The only problem when i was working was it does not have a QA team.

Pros

- Lots of movies coming out each year - Transparency at the executive level - Perks: discounted movie tickets, breakfast and lunch, free screenings, etc. - Passionate artists - Managers are very accessible

Cons

- Hard to communicate between Redwood City and Glendale HQ - Few positions outside of animation for people in Redwood City - Sometimes not enough work to do - Hard to schedule meetings using Outlook (should consider switching systems)

Fun place to work

Pros

A fun place to work with great perks. Free breakfast and lunch every day, with a focus on healthy and varied options. Free gym. Free Caltrain pass and shuttle. As a software engineer, the freedom to try new ideas is HUGE.

Cons

While the freedom to try new ideas is huge, the time to do so is very limited. More than half of your time is spent in support mode, so the tendency of whole development teams to succumb to trudging from one support ticket to the next instead of innovating is pretty prevalent.
