Pros

Great Name Good Internship Program People genuinely care about your progress and giving good feedback Let you know about all aspects of your work, outcomes, etc.

Cons

Unpaid Require a lot of hours for an unpaid internship Did not give enough challenging work, maybe didn't trust interns as much as they could have

Managers don't respect their employees

Pros

Free food Nice campus Good benefits through the guild. Generally the company does try to provide a good work life balance.

Cons

Terrible culture. Managers seem to take pleasure from restricting their employees growth and development. Given the recent mass layoffs, I don't feel this studio even has a future anymore. Strong emphasis on keeping budgets low rather than producing a quality project, resulting cheap looking movies that no one has interest in.

Pros

Nice people, free food, job wasn't super stressful

Cons

Severely underpays people - no room for growth. They say they will work on growth for you but nothing ever comes out of it, this is something that is consistent across the company. Really leans into the legacy of the company , knowing people always want to work here and it's already tough as it is getting a job elsewhere in the industry. Somehow that justifies them paying people below market
