Pros

Free lunch and breakfast in the studio cafeteria.

Cons

This was an outstanding company to work for in the years prior to the sale to Comcast|NBC|Universal. Very little room for upward mobility if you are not a part of the right clique. Poor record with regard to merit based advancement.

Pros

The collaborative culture of the modeling department here is really amazing and creates a joyful and nurturing work environment. The talent of the team is also world class. DreamWorks studio culture overall is phenomenal and unparalleled. Artistic development and training programs are much appreciated. Work/life balance is fantastic.

Cons

Limited upward mobility. Studio perks seem to be trending downwards under NBCU leadership

Pros

Beautiful Campus, Talented Artists mostly. Complimentary breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Cons

Like so many other companies and studios now days it is FAT with useless, incompetent middle and upper management and artistic Leadership who have little if any knowledge of the actual day to day workings or the endless financial waist on unnecessary bells and whistles that bleed that company coffers and bloat film costs at the expense of the actual workers and story quality.
