Pros

Lot of talent, great culture but that seems to be shifting.

Cons

More politics than there used to be. Lack of meritocracy, growth or financial incentive for long time artists is causing us to hemorrhage talent to newer film and game companies.

Pros

Stabilizing after recent Comcast acquisition. Campus is so beautiful, free lunches great, vacation time benefits have improved, strong talent.

Cons

Future of company still uncertain which is tiring. Health insurance benefits a bit worse since acquisition, culture and camaraderie are pretty flimsy since all the recent tumult and uncertainty. Anxiety in the air...

Pros

Sense of community, many laughs shared, meeting people from different departments, tranquil grounds, and, it goes without saying, the free breakfast and lunch (if you played your cards right, dinner as well). Signed cards, balloons, and a pack of cookies on your birthday. In all honesty, you felt as if you belonged.

Cons

There were a few bad apples that spoiled the barrel, your rare cases of nasty ego. Perhaps the acquisition was a good thing, in some ways it was bad. Work teams that became your family were let go. Rare chances for growth. Never received a review after repeatedly asking for one. As good as the free food, drinks, and snacks were/are you're paying for it with the low salary costs. If the freebies do eventually go away (along with the fleeting culture), be wise and ask for that needed raise.
