      Pros

      Good salaries, reasonable working conditions, state of the art technology. Fun campus with a company store and a very good cafeteria.

      Cons

      Of the three contracts the company poked under my nose, all three had gotcha clauses, that, when called out were explained as mistakes. One I could see, but three? Anyone signing a contract with these people should have a lawyer involved and not be enamored with working for a studio. DON'T TRUST THEM !!!!

      Pros

      Dreamworks has some of the most positive and encouraging environments. Free food everyday. Making great films watched the world over.

      Cons

      Is currently in the process of being sold and most artists are nervous. There isn't much room to become a supervisor or advance. There are lot of artists who've been there a long time and have seniority.

      Pros

      Genuinely great people to work with. Family friendly environment. The food is great! You can make whatever you want. There are snacks always accessible throughout the day. Beautiful campus. I take walks throughout the campus when I need to stretch my legs. Very scenic.

      Cons

      The pay is average, but the food and work environment definitely make up for it.
