Pros

Great company Always going out their way to help you both at work, to do your job better, and even when your no longer with them, they always manage to check up, which was a big suprise to me. Great salary, plus bonuses, accommodation and meals paid for outside of work

Cons

The higher ups basically constantly "trying" to change the project (when they have no writing experience) just so it was "acceptable to a larger audience"
