Pros

Good pay, good work environment, lots of parties

Cons

feels like a bigger and bigger company as it has aged, losing the smaller feel and perks of big bonuses from the box office. Started becoming too corporate.

No Room for Growth

Pros

Casual environment, friendly coworkers, free breakfast/lunch, free weekly (art) classes, talks, or lectures, CEO is always open for suggestions for improvement, and a cool working space

Cons

Low pay compared to industry standard. Probably different if you are working in an upper or technical role, but for those in support roles such as admins, PAs, or PCs, there is little prospect for growth. When I signed on, I was told by management that they were a nurturing company in terms of career growth. I have been here now for over three years now and I've grown stagnant, passed up for a promotion for someone who ended up getting fired anyway, and told to try to look for another opportunities because there isn't room for me. The movie industry is very high in demand, so unless you are very skilled at what you do, don't count on growing here from the bottom.
