Pros

An incredibly dynamic, creative organization with some of the most talented people in the industry.

Cons

With the acquisition by Comcast/Universal, time will tell how the culture will evolve and if DWA will be able to keep it's own identity for employees and as a long-term consumer brand overall.

Pros

Greatest group of people to work with. Free breakfast and lunch. I have not experienced many egos. Everyone treats their coworkers with respect. Growth is encouraged.

Cons

Low pay especially for entry level positions.
