Pros

* Great coworkers * Interesting problems to solve.

Cons

* Dying industry in the US. Most of the US animation industry has been off-shored as the animation market has saturated and DVD sales and box office receipts have plummeted over the past 10 years. * Lots of awful politics in middle and upper management which made moving from an engineering role to a management position undesirable.

A place to fall in love

Pros

A great place to experience fun, loving culture and grow. A place where everyone grows by learning and teaching. Open door policy, flat hierarchy, leadership transparency, quick TAT from support (IT, facilities & HR) are few of many things that any employee will love here. High-end computer systems / hardware technology, Live breakfast & transport. Respect not only for employees but also to housekeeping, security staff and family. Not a typical office environment but a vibrant colorful studio.

Cons

Not all employees get the full access to DWA servers / storage. I believe its for security and role reasons.
