Pros

Smart people at the very top - loyal, dedicated, diligent, can do attitude. A very good place to learn a lot about working in a studio driven to produce content. Very fair in terms of offering opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Next level of senior management tended to micromanage so can be stifling at times. Can be very risk adverse even though they believe they are "thinking outside the box."

Pros

Really loved the people here and the work I did. The work life balance was amazing. I had a great run.

Cons

Realy only that career advancement was limited. The Comcast merger cost me my job, which was expected.
