Pros

DWA has great benefits and is in general a great place to work, with excellent benefits, perks, free food, and a beautiful campus to work at.

Cons

Company direction was been questionable at times, spending lots of time on side ventures rather than focusing on the core business of making better movies.

Pros

Great Co-Workers(Even most of supervisors, too). Great Environment to work. The company makes us(Employees) proud of working there.

Cons

Serious Story development Problem. I don't understand how come real upper managements don't see the problems when all of us(artists) worry about the show while we are working on it.

Pros

Great people to work with, company culture that's like family, and startup-like perks like classes, movies, exercise programs, free breakfast and lunch

Cons

Struggling at the box office lately, salaries tend to be on the lower end, people don't leave often so it's hard to move up
