      Pros

      - Beautiful campus - Amazing perks such as free breakfast and lunch, free yoga classes at lunch, and free classes open to all employees. Classes range from improv to sketching to screenwriting. - Work with some of the smartest, most creative and most talented people in the business - Access to filmmakers and executives

      Cons

      - Instability and recent layoffs led to a gloomy outlook among employees. However, morale has improved since the last round of layoffs, which is a positive sign.

      Below average pay but a very fun and exciting work environment.

      Pros

      There were so many amazingly talented artists, everyone was very approachable and it was a very fun industry to be a part of.

      Cons

      The pay was much lower than many of the other companies in the Bay Area and if I didn't have a passion for film there would probably have been much better options financially. It would be hard to recommend the company to a friend purely because of the pay.

      Amazingly talented people all across the studio.

      Cons

      Studio has felt like it's been on shaky ground the past few years and it's had a serious impact on morale. It also seems like many people were not being given opportunities to grow.
