Pros

A physically beautiful environment, with decent benefits and lots of perks (free breakfast and lunch daily, free first run movies every Monday night, Yoga classes on campus, art classes etc, free DVDs of every movie released, release celebrations. Family friendly

Cons

Becoming very corporate, lacking in creativity, and little room for growth. Focus on bringing talent from the outside rather than nurturing talent from within.

Pros

DreamWorks and its employees were very welcoming and treated me very well. All of the employees I met were very friendly and helpful, even though I was just an intern.

Cons

The commute was the only thing that was bad on my end, but the studio has on-site parking!
