Pros

As everyone says, the free food (which has gotten significantly worse since I arrived due to budget cuts), the beautiful campus, the transparent CEO, the people, getting the week between Christmas and New Years off. Also, the company is going in many new directions, some of which will be successful

Cons

Low pay, health insurance worse than industry average, terrible retirement plan, no stock options, no bonus or raise in 2013 due to poor performing Rise of the Guardians (Turbo is on track to be even worse), no stability (20% layoff earlier this year), vacation benefits worse than industry average

Pros

Free food. Decent pay. Excellent hardware.

Cons

Badly managed schedule causes alternate big hiring sprees and big layoffs.
