You will not find a more supportive team of co-workers. Great products and a management team that cares about their customers.

Cons

Customers can be challenging. It's tough to see nice people unhappy with some aspect of their new home, especially since everyone at Drees has good intentions.

Pros

Building homes is fun when you have the right contractors.

Cons

Lack of qualified sub contractors. Lack of pay for contractor. Making them not to return trips. Management tends to shoot from the hip with new policies and procedures. No committees involving the minority (builders) in construction practices.
